Special needs attorney Hillary Freeman and JFS MetroWest Support Coordinator Maggie McCourt will help you navigate the many changes taking place with the DDD services in New Jersey in this important workshop. This workshop is free and open to the community.

Workshop discussion will include:

  • Transitioning from school services to DDD at 21
  • Guardianship and estate planning
  • SSI and Medicaid eligibility
  • New service funding model of DDD
  • What families need to know about support coordination services
  • DDD/state of NJ emphasis on employment
  • Maximizing funds while accessing quality day, residential, and generic services
